Media Studies Student Upgrade Guide (so they can reserve the Canon XA10 cameras)

1. Have the user go to wilsonstudios.as.virginia.edu and click on the media studio link.

2. Have them scroll to bottom of the page and click on the contract.

3. Have them fill out and read the contract.

4. Be sure they log into the ldtreservations.as.virginia.edu site so that their profile is created. (You won't be able to upgrade it until they do this.)

5. On your computer, log into ldtreservations.as.virginia.edu and click Users.

6. Type in their computing ID and click search or hit enter. Click their username. (If they didn't log in yet, you won't see it.)

7. Click Edit User.

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Media Studies Student, then Add.

9. Click Save.
